To care for your Agna Sweater, please do not wash in the washing machine. This garment is suitable for a hand cold wash or dry clean only.

Consider airing the sweater over washing

• Cool iron

• Cold hand wash using eco-friendly detergents
• Do not rub, wring or spin dry
• Squeeze out excess water
• Gently pull wet garment into shape
• Dry flat in shade
• Cool iron on reverse

• Knitwear can shrink up to 3cm in length and width however after pressing and wear the yarn will relax and grow, which our production team consider with each design.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase with the following conditions:

• All sale items are final sale
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• For a refund you must notify us via phone (0417 002 584) or email (info@masonandfrancis.com.au) within 5 days of delivery, otherwise you will be issued a store credit.
