Online Purchases
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase with the following conditions:
- All sale items are final sale
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
- For a refund you must notify us via phone (0417 002 584) or email (info@masonandfrancis.com.au) within 5 days of delivery, otherwise you will be issued a store credit.
In Store Purchases
- For a refund you must return your item within 5 days of purchase.
- We offer a store credit if returned within 14 days of purchase.
